Pierpoint
Manhattan Beach, California
Perched in the Hill Section of Manhattan Beach, just steps from the ocean and downtown, this refined coastal home captures the essence of relaxed California luxury. Designed for effortless living and entertaining, the residence embraces sweeping Pacific views from expansive third-level decks and open, light-filled interiors. Warm mahogany paneling, beams, and ceiling details bring richness and texture to the modern architecture, complemented by limestone floors that flow seamlessly to outdoor terraces. The exterior blends wood, tile, and smooth stucco beneath generous trellises, balancing natural warmth with contemporary sophistication. Wellness and leisure are at the forefront, with a private gym, sauna, steam room, green roofs, and multiple outdoor lounges anchored by a spa, firepit, and kitchen. Elegant yet approachable, Pierpoint embodies warm contemporary living, where urban refinement meets the easy rhythm of the coast.

Blueprint
"Our project was complex, technical, and restrictive. What stood out most was how transparent, respectful, and accountable Assemble was. In a world where it’s easy to feel left in the dark, they made sure we always had a full picture. Whether it was financials, progress updates, or big decisions, they managed the entire process with integrity and delivered results."
