Rising from the cliffs of Brentwood, Hartwell is a ground-up development envisioned as a timeless retreat that blends French Country and Victorian architecture into a cohesive private compound. Set across three adjoining properties connected by a private road, the estate is designed as a true sanctuary for family living, recreation, and relaxation. Each structure showcases historically inspired detailing, vaulted ceilings, and custom wood millwork, complemented by advanced engineering systems including full backup power and wildfire mitigation. The hillside setting affords sweeping views of Sullivan Canyon, Brentwood, and the Santa Monica Bay, extending to Catalina Island. Amenities include a subterranean gym and wellness center built into the hillside, an infinity-edge pool and spa, theater, bar, sports court, and surfboard workshop.
