Foundry

Beverly Hills, California

In Progress

Tucked away in the heart of Beverly Hills, Foundry is a revived historic residence that balances old-world charm with a distinctly modern sensibility. Originally a 1920s barn, the home’s preserved brick walls and dramatic floating dining room pay homage to its storied past, while a layered palette of honed stone, patinated brass, and original masonry lends depth and texture throughout. Inside, an unapologetically maximalist aesthetic celebrates individuality, each space feeling collected rather than designed. The compact footprint gives way to sprawling gardens rich with biodiversity, meandering paths, and hidden destinations, including a yoga deck at the property’s highest point and a 50-foot rope swing that seems to soar above Los Angeles. Enveloped by century-old trees and dense plantings, Foundry feels like a private sanctuary, an architectural jewel box that reimagines history through warmth, artistry, and character.
