Arbor

In Progress

Nestled in Beverly Hills, Arbor is a revitalization of an architecturally unique residence. The Project honors the vision of the original homeowners, who designed and built the property three decades ago and remain deeply connected to its story. The home blends log cabin warmth with tropical and California influences, creating an atmosphere that feels both secluded and sophisticated. Natural materials define every surface, from rattan wallpaper and wide-plank wood floors to exposed log beams, plaster walls, and stone accents that bring the outdoors in. Flooded with natural light through skylights and high ceilings, each room possesses its own character, culminating in a dramatic living room with double-height ceilings, a lofted pool table area, and a historic Italian stone fireplace surround. Surrounded by gardens, ponds, and water features, Arbor captures the essence of a home reborn: artistic, inviting, and deeply personal.
