What is an owner’s representative, and why do I need one?

An owner’s representative is an advocate throughout the design, engineering, and construction process. We protect an owner’s interests, coordinate the entire team, and ensure every decision aligns with their goals. Just as you wouldn’t handle a complicated legal matter without an attorney, an owner shouldn’t manage a multi-million-dollar custom home build without professional representation.

How is Assemble Management different from an architect or general contractor?

Architects design, contractors build, but neither is traditionally tasked with managing the entire project. We sit with the owner, unifying all parties, keeping budgets and schedules on track, and addressing risks before they become issues.

When should I engage Assemble Management?

Ideally, we become involved at the very onset of a project. We are often the first consultant engaged, helping owners navigate key next steps, including architect selection. However, sometimes we are engaged after other consultants have been selected. The earlier we are involved, the greater value we can provide.

What types of projects do you manage?

We specialize in custom ground-up construction and renovations of single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums. These projects involve coordination across multiple consultants, contractors, and vendors, where every detail carries significant financial and design implications.

How involved will I need to be during the project?

It is dependent on how involved you want to be! Our role is to help administer the project and simplify decision-making, while you remain involved in key decisions. We provide clear guidance and reporting so you can make informed choices without getting overwhelmed by the details.

Where does Assemble Management operate?

We manage projects across the United States and select international locations, bringing the same standard of accuracy and discretion to each location. Regardless of where the home is built, we tailor our approach to the unique demands of high-end residences.
